This series is on the 1.16.5 modpack Create Above and Beyond, which is a challenge modpack based around the Create mod.

You're right! It's not linear, Advanced Rocketry properly follows and equation often called "The Tyranny of the Rocket". More fuel makes you heavier and heavier which means you have a harder and harder time lifting off!
Real earth rockets are subject to this, and it's why they burn something like 90% of their fuel just trying to get out of the atmosphere. (Drag is involved, but it's mostly the weight of fuel lifting fuel!)
Thats so cool that it actually follows the proper equation! I always love when mod authors integrate real life mathematics and physics into the game.

Oh I absolutely will! Mostly because eventually I plan to release the world download and I want it to be on earth haha.
Pretty sure you can auto output the fluid to a tank like a fuel/ingot tank from tinkers and use a bucket afterwards.
it should give double hydrogen than oxygen
This reminds me of an older space mod pack I did once, you could take rockets to various planets. It was a lot of fun. Might have been Extra Planets or Galacticraft.. Though Space Astronomy was probably it.

You’re pretty great at explainers so I was lowkey hoping for an explainer on the alchemy chapter but it’s also totally understandable that you’d want to move on. If you come across any good explainers mayhaps give them a shout out or tag somewhere for ppl to check out?

i hate seeing people not mining randonuim i got a pulveriser early game so i set up a stirling dynamo and it has helped a ton for making ores back when i actually mined
I got an one of the cool ender chests before I completed chapter one from randomium, then I duplicated it with that duplicate stuff I forgot the name of, really helped out with getting the andesite up from bedrock

The other part of the equation is perhaps just instead making another launch pad and refueling platform on the moon so then you can use less weight.
Ya know, that would probably look pretty cool and I assume an ender tank would make it pretty easy. The idea of going to the moon and then assembling it and hoping something doesnt go wrong gives me pause though lol.

I’m joking but I do have something to say.
I am possibly the BIGGEST NOOB with Create. So Î MÜŠT KÑØW ŸÒÛR ŚĒÇRÊTŠ.
How do you understand all the complexity of the mod?
if you were worried about getting oxygen on the moon why not take the oxygen producing setup to the moon? Also not sure if it will help you in the future but you can reload textures without exiting the game by pressing F3+t.

Haha its so crazy I never knew about F3+t for reloading textures. I always complained this series about combining textures bugging out, but never knew to use that till now. So much easier than relaunching fully.

You can put all types of component upgrades do get 3x plus 2x plus 4x
how did you add the oxy tank to your space suit
Quick question, for the modpack did you have crashes or lag spikes when playing and if so how did you fix it?
I did have crashes when I used optifine and so i removed that and used things like sodium/calcium and magnesium and such for performance.

I sadly lost all progression in CaB. My save corrupted just after getting the rocket, and minecraft decided to overwrite the backups. Any idea on how to get it back?
Oh no, thats awful! Sadly if the backups are overwritten there isnt a whole lot that can be done unless its a corrupted block or something that can be removed in a 3rd party world editing software.

Thats true, but sadly I try to wrap up series when the views decline heavily since it tends to mean the general audience has gotten bored of it and after the last 3-4 episodes that seems to be the case. Figured everyone would be excited for something new :)
