PNPT is also an option from TCM Security for a beginner because the OSCP price is very high. PNPT recognition is not high as OSCP but in the future PNPT will also get recognition from companies.
Not sure about PNPT...knowledge ke liye kar skte hai...pr career wise it is not a good option..and future ka kisi ko ni pata ki recognition milegi PNPT ko ki nai

Since you mentioned that your System was unresponsive during the exam and u had to restart in your friends video. Started with CEH v11 this month & wanted to invest in ram for now.
See OSCP has no direct relation with graduation. It is a penetration testing (machine hacking) exam. Still i would recommend for B.Tech CSE as it help you in developing your computer basics .

Coding is not mandatory but it is good to have for oscp. Mostly, scripting skill is required. One should know bash scripting, python and php if exploiting php app

Hello yes it will help in someway but not to a large extent. Wht i am trying to say is industry is slwly moving towards secure development(following security code practices). A dev who knows about cybersecurity can be a differentiator from rest. So the cyber knowledge is good to have but not directly allign with development skill. Hope you understood.
