To be accurate, both sides of this release should have been credited to "Buddy Knox with The Crickets", as the backing musicians were Buddy Holly on lead guitar, Joe Mauldin on bass and Jerry Allison on drums. It was recorded on October 26, 1957 during a two day stayover in Seattle, Washington, while touring with "The Biggest Show of Stars for 1957". The pianist and backing vocalists are unknown.
