Nice vids. I think the fridge situation is weird though. Don't see how 2 people could eat "healthy" off grid for a week with a fridge that small. Definitely a lot of planning.

How much additional solar can u add with external input from the side of van

There is one port on the side and one on the top so at least another 200W. Not sure the maximum capacity of each port, or the max of the DC-DC converter. It already gets quite hot, so perhaps doubling the 230W to 460 would be the max - my guess.
