    your videos are very helpful,thank you for being positive and calming people down,because seriosly many people on the net are so negative and it can demotivate people trying to get help...I am on lexapro for anxiety 10 mg its my 6 day,but I used 5 mg a week before,I felt no side effects....I hope in a month or 3 months I feel less anxious hehe

    See with me, the lexapro gave me a bad headache kinda like a neurological thing. I took myself off it because it was constipating me and the insomnia was bad. Once the new year rings in, I will try it again. One main side effect that I’m worried about is the gaining weight. I’m not trying to be 600lbs you know. I’m already 200lbs but yeah..

    Everything you say is spot on for me. I have horrible panic attacks and social anxiety. I have tried all of the natural stuff. Have suffered with anxiety my whole life. Finally started therapy and Lexapro this year. Starting to feel a little better. On week 4 now. I tried CBD oil for months with no progress on anything but my sleep.
    Still nervous about going to Walmart and our Florida trip soon .Thanks for the encouragement!

    • @fuzzybear1234ful
      @fuzzybear1234ful  6 лет назад +1

      Yes same! I tried CBD oil for a months as well, it helped but didn’t help enough sadly. Oh yes stay positive and things will look up! Especially if your on week 4. 4-6 weeks is when it starts to kick in! :) best of luck on your Florida trip too. If u want my first video, I talked about how we were fixing to go to Florida and when we went I did totally fine! And that was like week 5 of Lexapro!

    It is my 23rd day now and I don't notice some real benefits so far. yes there are days that I feel better but it is not consistent. One good thing I noticed is that I can sleep now without taking a very low dose anti psychotic which my psychiatrist prescribed me to help me sleep I hope it is a sign that it is starting to work for me. Anyway it is only 23 days. I will give it another 30 days😊. do you think it is still early to tell if this medication will help me or not? Thank you so much. .

      @fuzzybear1234ful  6 лет назад

      Hey Felix! Yes I do feel like it can be a bit early to tell. Hopefully in the next two week you’ll start to realize In the situations u usually have anxiety that u deal with those situations a lot better. That’s how I was. I knew the medication was working because I was in situations I would usually start to panick and I didn’t. Best of luck on your healing journey.

    hi there. I have been following you in you tube. I am taking lexapro right now. It is my 3rd antidepressants that I have tried. I hope it will work for me. It is my 10th day and I haven't feel any benifits. I am so nervous for no reason, I am restless and agitated for no reason. how was your anxiety before taking lexapro?

    • @fuzzybear1234ful
      @fuzzybear1234ful  6 лет назад +1

      Hey Felix, I’m so sorry you’re feeling that way right now. Before taking Lexapro I had severe anxiety everyday. The medication didn’t kick in until 4/5 weeks. And then I started noticing things I would normally get nervous over weren’t so bad anymore. I had side effects too, but they should be subsiding soon for you. If you can stay as strong as possible and keep taking your dose everyday things should start looking up. Sometimes with these meds things get worse before better 😩😢

    • @felixianmatunan9201
      @felixianmatunan9201 6 лет назад

      Thank you for your reply. Is your anxiety severe? my anxiety is severe that I have to take benzo everyday. I don't have fears but I am so nervous all the time.

      When did your anxiety started? and why? what are your symptoms? I don't have the classic symptoms of anxiety which is worrying too much and having fears. I am just so nervous and agitated. I hope that lexapro will give me some relief. Thank you and I hope you are doing great.

      If it works don’t go off. It’s not worth it. A diabetic can not wean off insulin unless they do some really hard work with their health and fitness and what they eat. The brain is not the same way. I’ve had depression and anxiety, I would say most of my life. A large part my life I did not seek proper treatment. If you suffer from depression and anxiety it is a disease. And you have to treat it accordingly. That is just my opinion, my very humble opinion ha ha
