    0:00 Introduction. Some mechanical problems revealed during the job and the fixes I recommend.
    0:12 Tip: Leave OE clamps in place!
    1:30 Tip: Don't over tighten bolts on the timing cover. What may happen. Fix shown at 10:50
    2:10 Example of injector sweat - what may happen if not cleaned properly under the injector seals.
    3:00 For safety you ought to be able to remove the -VE battery terminal in seconds with a 10 mm spanner;
    not be hampered by poorly routed wiring.
    4:25 Vacuum line routing is important.
    5:29 Alternator plug tab broken
    7:10 Oversize battery installed!
    8:40 Timing belt drive bolt had Loctite applied! Not necessary. 98 NM.
    10:50 Timing belt cover backing plate fix using a 2 part product.
    12:40 Please note there have been changes with our Brisbane workshop partner.

    Just wrapping the install of your big front end kit, all went well, the hardest thing was getting the four fan bolts off, one trip to tool shop for ratchet ring spinner (12mm) got the job done. 7hrs all up, for first time doing a Hilux including the shopping trip and going to my office to press the bearings in. The kit makes it real easy having all the right bits.

    Big UP's for advising your clients that CHRIS is now not where he was - and is now somewhere else, so yes - big UPS for giving the change out (especially to your VIP group).
    Good to know you "follow up" on where you recommend people go - and just don't concern yourself with your own clients at your business.
