He didn't suffer tough thanks to morphine and died at his house peacefully. He loved western and loved red dead redemption 2. He was 73 and the entire city of my country knew him and loved him...
I’ve played and finished this game 6 times, and every time I tried to finish it with low honor but it took one mission or conversation/ choice and I just couldn’t. I’d maybe kill or antagonize to low honor, but then I do a story mission and I realize that I just couldn’t be bad, and Arthur just SHOULDN’T. I’m basically giving up on the low honor ending since I prefer the high honor ending. RIP Arthur Morgan, #1 Gaming Protagonist
I love the differences between the high honor and low honor version of this song. In the high honor version, it has the peaceful harmonica lead in the intro, and the background music is beautiful. In the low honor version, there's no harmonica, and the background music has a much darker, ominous tone. This game's soundtrack is amazing.
I've only heard the high honor version and it's so moving that I'm afraid to listen to the other version 😆 this story can't have a dark ending, I can't handle it.
I actually teared up at this part. I was thinking about my dad the whole time, he just passed away on the 7th of January and goddamn did this hit me like a slap in the face.
i’m sorry to hear about that man, My nan passed away very recently and a lot of this game reminds me of her, arthur’s arc and his final ride remind me of how much my nan always believed in second chances which is basically what this game is about
Closely, if you listen to both versions of this song ( high honour and low ) you can hear the fear in the low honour, it has a different tone and vibe, but in this version, it has more of an acceptance tone, meaning Arthur knows he’s gonna die, maybe he’s ready to die
I feel the exact same way. Hearing this version of the song on my first playthrough, a feeling of duty overwhelmed me. I knew I was going to die, but felt I HAD to do this whatever it takes. That's what great storywriting does, it takes you to places and feelings you didn't know exist.
I know this comment is a bit old, but I'll say this anyway: The key difference in the low honor version is the lack of a harmonica in the intro. It only has the depressing, foreboding tone in the background. The difference isn't huge, but it's enough to make a beautiful, peaceful song sound evil and sad. I absolutely love it.
@@umbreongaming9921I find the low honor theme fits Arthur perfectly. Due to to his unfortunate upbringing, tragic experiences, and unflinching outlaw lifestyle.Yet I guess there is still hope for some people. Despite their guilt and corrupt nature we can all at least try to be good.
