20 MIN OF NJ TRANSIT BUSES IN THE PORT AUTHORITY BUS TERMINAL ON LEVEL 3 SEEN FROM AROUND GATE 323.
PABT opened in 1950. It was built to consolidate several private terminals spread across Midtown Manhattan. A second wing, extending to 42nd Street, was added in 1979. Since then, the terminal has reached peak hour capacity, leading to congestion and overflow on local streets.
Who funds the Port Authority?
The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is a financially self-supporting public agency that relies almost entirely on revenues generated by facility users, tolls, fees and rents.

18115 Meadowlands Garrage restroom equipped seen at 5:40-6:00. That's supposed to do the 4hr 30 NYC Wildwood runs via Atlantic City both ways on the 319 route which is why it has a restroom equipped.

@@BusTVChan For NJ Transit 18097-18119 2018 models 2019 are 19031-19068 or 19067 Broken down as Transbridge and Academy. On the I-78 350 run 19033 seems to run there more
