About your vehicle's A/C system
A key component of every vehicle air conditioning system is the evaporator core. Whenever you turn on the A/C in your car whether it is in the summer to cool your car or in the winter when you need to defog the windows, the evaporator draws moisture from the air thereby reducing the temperature and cooling the air. The moisture the evaporator draws in is drained through the drain tube that leads outside and below the vehicle. However, some moisture still remains in the evaporator housing where the evaporator core is located. As a result, odor producing mold and fungus can grow while dust and pollen stick to the surface of the evaporator and its housing. While air fresheners can mask the unpleasant odors and odor bombs can encapsulate the odors, the source of the odor still remains. That's where Klima-Cleaner comes in.

How it works
Klima-Cleaner is a water and salt-based cleaner that doesn't contain harsh chemicals that can aggravate those with sensitivities to chemicals.
Klima-Cleaner is applied by removing the blower fan and inserting the supplied spray tube through the intake vent which leads directly to the evaporator. When applied, the foaming cleaning solution is directed on to the evaporator, ducting and housing where mold, dust, pollen and other debris have inhabited. The cleaner loosens and removes the contaminants which then drain out of the car through the drain tube thereby removing the source of the odor.
In addition, Klima-Cleaner leaves behind a coating that acts as a barrier that inhibits bacteria, mold and fungus from coming back immediately helping to maintain results, longer.
Depending on your region’s humidity and how often you use your A/C, apply Klima-Cleaner every 3-6 months.
Other Suggested Tips:
Change cabin/pollen air filter every time you apply Klima-Cleaner. Left unchanged, it can clog with odor causing mold, dust, bacteria and pollen and restrict air flow putting more stress on the blower fan.

you use LYSOL DISINFECTANT AEROSOL SPRAY cheap and works you take out cabin air filter and spray in intake vent under the hood been doing this my whole life works perfect and cheap and last

I just tie a peppermint to my nose hairs! My experience is drain plug is clogged and a thin wire can ream line clear, clean any mold.

I just ordered this, is it better to do this method first or after changing cabin and air filters? I also seen other videos using different sprays and many people tell me the good smell only lasts couple days or week max.

NEVER spray these type of aerosols through the air vents! Especially the Nextzett Klima instructions specifically advise against it.
I did what he did, it works just fine if it is from center vents. As long as your AC unit is right below it, you are good to go. For older car, the AC evaporator sometimes behind the glovebox and spraying directly from the blower or corner vent also work. Peter explanation is good, as long as you can reach the evaporator, it should work. Does not matter from where, could be from drain hose, blower motor, vent, or remove the whole AC box.
