    Very nice, it has a lot the posture found in chow gar tong long, pak mei pai, lung ying kuen which shows that the hung gar style does have a connection with hakka kung fu as well !

      @@flexiblehunggargym Well, the Hakka people did came from central China to southern China with their martial arts which they modified over the centuries.
      So, with all my respect I do think that Hung Mun martial artists were inspired by Hakka methods in the same way that some Hakka martial artists did learned from the Hung Mun methods.
      Both offered good elements to absorb from each other.
      Thanks for putting your video because I really like that version of Tit sin kuen.

      @@jean-jacquesschubler3451 Hakka (客家) actually is a kind of Chinese nation, that was defined on CE 317-589 year.
      Hung Mun (洪門)was a secret group on political struggle.
      Hakka people have their own skill for defense.
      Hung Mun people they were not united for Kung Fu.
      Hung Kuen(洪拳) is a martial arts style and definitely just a skills that everyone can learn.
