  • Erik Anders Lang goes on a Random Golf Club mission up the Hudson River to Sleepy Hollow: A golf club with ties to the Rockefeller and Vanderbilt families and golf course originally designed by C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor. A.W. Tillinghast helped expand the course in the 1920's and friend of the show Gil Hanse had a hand in recent renovations.
Erik is joined by Author Tom Coyne who wrote "A Course Called Scotland," where he traveled the Home of Golf from top to bottom playing over 100 links courses.
Jacob from Instagram met Erik for the first time on the first tee of Sleepy Hollow. You may recognize him from the Random Golf Club at Liberty National (shot later), which makes him the first reoccurring character in the series.
Brendan is a close friend of Tom Coyne's who has traveled with him to many golf courses (and even countries) after introducing himself to Tom during a round of golf.
Oh - and don't forget the legend of the Headless Horseman which lends itself to the club's logo today, one of the best in golf.

I love the square cut tee-boxes and how they are perfectly level. Its a small detail that I always enjoy and respect when I play a round at a nice course

I definitely understand what everyone was saying about 16. As a caddie at a course with a moderately famous signature hole it almost makes people not appreciate the rest of the course sometimes when there are much better golf holes throughout the course.

Well Now you have to visit another Macdonald/Raynor Course...TPC Old White at The Greenbrier.. Multiple courses to play while you enjoy the Wild and Wonderful Mountains of West Virginia. You should definitely check out Oakhurst Golf Links (First Established Golf Club in America) Where you play with hickory shafts, Calcutta balls, and your tee is a mound of sand. Look forward to your next adventure.

Trust me , show something besides a HOBO outlook, and the true respect you obviously have for the game will show. Probably double or triple your followers. Your content is superb, Take on the look of a real disciple that we all know you are!!
