I suffer from Chronic pain from arthritis and have difficulty relaxing and sleeping. ASMR has a massive therapeutic effect on me, it enables me to relax and the pain isn’t as severe. I would take this therapy over pain medication every day.

Your voice has kept my nervous system regulated and stable. This reminds me of the times I had to get my ears cleaned at the general practitioner's office, except this is the nice way of getting them cleaned. I have narrower-than-average ear canals so they become clogged fairly easily and at times it requires a pretty bad amount of violence to get them open again. I wish that was as pleasurable as this... :P (though in all honesty, that moment you can hear normally again is also absolutely blissful, though when it is both ears at once, everything out on the street when walking back home can sound loud as nothing else)

I know they're not easily directed (grew up with cats allover) but perhaps with some editing it could be done. 😊
