Eddie was my favourite, with Andrew in 2nd place and Simon in 3rd. I personally preferred Tom Clarkson when he was a classroom teacher or Head of English; but he was always one of the greatest characters, and pretty much the closest thing the show had to a main protagonist.
Personal Favourite: Andrew Trenerman. Though I did like the following: Eddie Lawson (all I could hear was Bob The Builder) Chris Mead (Just wished he was in the series a little longer) Tom Clarkson (The Classic - I'm surprised he wasn't made deputy sooner) & Sian Diamond (The most attractive Deputy on Waterloo Road).
I think Tom and Chris were the best Deputy Heads because they didn’t go behind peoples backs and have affairs like Sian Diamond did and Sian was a great Deputy Head for the school but Tom and Chris worked harder and were a whole level above her because plus Tom was a fall guy and took the blame for her for things he didn’t even do
@@uktrain9646 but was I was angry at was Tom resigning as Deputy Head even though it should have been Sian that resigned or got the sack because she went behind her husbands back in fact her and Michael could have got the sack they got lucky Tom worked for his job Tom was the fallguy took the blame for things he didn’t even do to keep Sian and Michael happy in fact Michael always favoured Sian the whole time if I’m honest he always undermined Tom and Tom was his Deputy Head too so I hope Tom comes back from the dead because this time if he does I want to see him as Waterloo Road Headteacher because Tom would be a way better head than Michael Byrne was in fact maybe even better than Rachel

I think Tom was the best deputy head along with Chris I think they were the best two deputy heads
Andrew was the best deputy imo. Implemented the longest standing punishment and got waterloo road on the right lath
I think Tom was the Best Deputy Headteacher he had all the qualities of a headteacher in the making

Plus Tom and Chris didn’t slap a pupil like Sian did
@@LiamHall0308 True. Sian had affairs that effect her at her job, at least he took responsibility for slapping a pupil by resigning.
