awesome guitar work!!!! thanks so much for this! Jon Camp was an exceptionally talented musician...same for the entire group, Renaissance...miss them so...your video made it all come alive again
One o my favourite songs. I think you did it brilliantly. I often find it difficult to hear the bass in songs, but it's such a huge part that it's great to have it come to the forefront
DAMNIT for years I have been secretly hoping one day I could cover this on youtube and be the only bass cover of this song. But I never practised enough. I believe the honour just went to you, I haven't seen any others. Nice work!
You’ve got that Rickenbacker copy sounding like the real thing - that Chris Squire tone also favored by Jon Camp and Geddy Lee. I play that opening bit on my Rick, but you’ve nailed the whole song. Well done!
Great job! Good to see Renaissance coved. John Camp was a great bass player, he also used Rickenbacker’s. I just ordered the YYZ Sans amp pedal. Can’t wait to play it with my Rickenbacker 4003. RIC-O-SOUND of course.
This is brilliant thanks for recording, very helpful to hear the whole song mapped out so clearly. I'm hearing the first intro riff go B, A G#, F#, E, G#, F#, B, B, rather than your slightly more tricky version but all excellent thank you! What FX are you using?
Esse baixo tá original? Cara... Tive um Giannini desses... puta baixo. Me arrependo por ter vendido... Agora virou sonho de consumo. Kkk Parabéns pelo cover incluindo o som... banda top
Is there any way that I could get the tabelture for this somehow??? I'm trying to bring the Ulnar Nerve in my left hand back to life after surgery! The bass seemed to be a pretty good way to try and resurrect it---- it hasn't worked so far!!!!
Just found this. Excellent rendition!!! Well played that man. Jon
Are you the only and one Jon Camp?
Fantastic bassline from Jon Camp, probably my favourite bass line of all time. Great performance!
Brilliant bass line played superbly 👍👍

You make that look so easy, but I know it's not. Brilliant 👍
This is one of all time favorite songs and it was so fun to watch how intricate the bass is on it. You rocked it! Thanks!!
What other Ren songs would you consider all time favorites
@@spectriaofficial Prologue, Carpet of the Sun, Ashes Are Burning, Running Hard, The Vultures Fly High, Jekyll and Hyde.

Well played mate! Top job. 👏👏👏
Excellent interpretation and a great sound. You have inspired me to learn it!
Thanks!
Well played, sir - and well listened! I just couldn't hear where the bar lines were in the intro, but you've captured that and so much more!
Thanks ! :)
Ótima escolha de música Parabéns
Obrigado!!
This is great. Great track. Great work
I have a Rickenbacker 4001, so there’s no excuse for me not to learn this one (now having seen it so expertly demonstrated). Great job!
Thanks :)
Absolutely superb work, Sir!
Sensacional! Parecia a mesma sonoridade obtida pelo lendário Jon Camp!
Obrigado! O Giannini consegue chegar bem perto do som original

Realmente!! Ao contrário do que alguns "coxinhas" falam por aí, é um baixo muito bom, com uma sonoridade incrível!
