But what I think is dumb is, it's hella obvious you guys are mixed with us east asians... and obviously majority of indians don't have same look yet use the argument that some indians look asian while it's a minority of the whole indian population... well maybe I'll call you indian-asian if you don't mind.
I live canada with different ethnicity in my area. I had many girls (mostly white and some desi) asking me to date. And I have an indian friend that once told me: "east asians are racist and evil despite being good looking" and he insinuate it's within our DNA being corrupt or something, I asked why and he think east asian "stole" the word asian, cuz in NA and most of the world on internet and media tend to refer east/south east asian looking ppl as asian. I had to explain the word came from and was defined and refered by western world and it's ppl(white) not asians...
Then I had to explain western ppl do that not out of racism but obviously cuz of phenotype cuz we look unique. Then he said "no we look just alike and only difference is skin color" and I'm like 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️ so I asked ok so why are south east asian have different shade including brown skin still being refered as asian? And he was flabbergasted. Cuz obviously ppl use phenotype by majority look of a population and ppl look at facial features cuz there are different shades of asians.
Like you can't happen to have a black baby as a white couple(it can happen in really rare case) and say white ppl look same as black ppl.
Oh and I wanna add before asking about south east question, I asked him "ok dude let's take an average chinese guy and average indian guy, DON'T TELL ME YOU SEE NO DIFFERENCE in terms of facial features, like don't lie to me"
He said "Yea I see literally no difference"(but I felt like he was lying) so I just told him "bro you need some glasses" then I asked the south east asian comparison since some of em slso have brown skin just like indian ppl and led him being flabbergasted.
Then 1 week later we talk again and he talks about world end prophecy in islam and he said a barbaric civilisation is going to do attrocious things to ppl and he added "that barbaric civilisation is likely to be east asian" and I'm like 💀💀💀ok im done with this guy. And since that day we stop being close to each other.
