I can relate to the reverse cultural shock you experienced a few years ago, being an expat Finn who's been living in Vietnam for 10 years. I'm happy for you, really. You seem like a genuine person. Glad you're back. I lost my father to cancer in 2020. It has been challenging in ways I would not have imagined before that. But it also led me to make choices that have been right for me. I like to think of it as a parting gift. I guess that's how I was able to heal. Thank you for sharing your experiences with us again.
