Ryan, agree 100%. Compounding the issue is also the weight of the firearm, specifically what’s above and what’s below the belt line. I have two pistols, both carried aiwb and set up that the grip is at the same height above my belt for a consistent draw. One is a Springfield XDs poly striker with a 3” barrel. Most of the weight is rounds in the grip and the slide, and is above the belt line. This causes the grip to lean out, so noticeably prints, and the lower part of the holster digs in uncomfortably. My other pistol is a full size 5” all steel 1911 with a TLR-1. Significantly more weight below the belt line prevents the outward lean, much more concealable, and more comfortable. Bigger is indeed better !
Thanks for the advice. I have an olight mini 2 on my CZ P10c but I almost always carry owb 4 o'clock. However I'm interested in the larger streamlight, and you've addressed many of the concerns I've had. 🍻
you absolutely right. I sell my tlr7a because i have more printing than with a surefire x300. because this bigger light pusing the gun against your body.
With regards to your next video, could you also please address the issue of refraction? A object's ability to bounce light back at you. Seen this on a palliside fence. Got to be at a angle.
Such a great and useful video! Is wearing the TLR1 in the Shinobi kydex comfortable? when compared to the TLR7A in a southwest or in a Shinobi. I’m afraid the fact that the TLR1 is wider than the G19 will cause discomfort
Yeah if I'm carrying my 19 I don't carry a light on it for comfort but I'll carry a hand held but my EDC is a 48 mos with a streamlight 7a sub in a trex armes 2.0 sidecar and wow it's excellent to carry sometimes though I still carry the 19 .
Great video, never thought of that

You are great lol
Love from the USA
Brilliant!
U need to get the “fatguy holster” and review it. The dadbod guys like myself struggle a bit with appendix carry and concealment. Any advice
any link to your review of the alias beltless receiver? keen to see more about that setup

Looking for holster for fenix gl19
I had to dremmel my olight holster to fit
Will the southwest rattler g17 baldr s holster work with a g19 baldr s.. if it does, that could be a nifty way to help with the keel principle?
Such a great and useful video!

So I should have just got the 19 instead of the 43X
17. Or 34…
