Hello! It's good thing you found someone to help your case you can trust. I originally went to my paralegal who started the whole process for me and asked her to help me expedite my case, and she was very negative about it. I had to beg her to help me, and after sending her all the evidence, she did not keep me on track with my husband's case. I had to call the NVC personally a month later, to which they informed me the expedite was denied. I feel so hopeless its been over 2 years that i've seen my husband
I am so sorry:( my first lawyer also said we couldn’t expedite but I got a second opinion after waiting so long and we got it done ! I hope you are able to find a good lawyer if that something you’re considering :)
@@PaolaMincinoiu I decided to send another expedite myself , so hopefully it gets approved . I actually joined two Facebook groups and they’ve been helping me out a lot , I’m glad I found people who support one another through this tedious process 🙏🏼

Medical! I’m a nurse and working through the pandemic was extremely difficult so my mental health had suffered a lot I have a psychologist and my doctor prescribed Me sleeping medication because I can’t sleep at night due to the stress of my fiancé not being here along with everything else.

Which kind of doctor prescribed you the meds, the psychologist or GP ? and did they give you a written statement explicitly saying the medical issue was related to your fiancé ? (basically I'm curious on what evidence to provide to prove it).
I’m still in the same situation. I am a nurse too and it’s soo stressful. We got approved by the USCIS in March and we still waiting to get an interview.. I have the same issue with stress. I’m soo happy to get this from you. What’s the name of the lawyer please I want to start this process. Thank you 🥰🥰
