knowledge of ray path, prove that the seismic reflection travel time may be expressed
Very well understood....thank you sir
Userin the limitation of seismic refraction , we assume that velocity of lower layer is higher. but for having the critical incidence angle the wave must be from higher velocity layer to lower velocity layer. is it not contradictory ?
Sir please how did you get the values for V¹ and V²?
V1 and V2 are obtained by the inverse of the slope of direct and second wave i.e., refracted wave in the distance-time curve.
Thank you very much.
Very bad lecture, lost my interest though I have a mind to do some work on this topic.
Very informative and comprehensive lecture to understand seismic refraction method.
Please how did he get the values for V¹ and V²?
how to calculate H2?
