The new Background Remove in Camtasia 2023 does not require a green/blue screen. It uses AI, just like Zoom. It works best when there's good contrast between you and the background though.
I'm afraid I can't tell what's going on without seeing. Sorry, maybe reach out to support? Try disabling your hardware acceleration to see if that solves the flickering issue.
Uh, none of that worked. The blur stays in one spot while the screen moves the target. In 2023 I think they've corrected that, at least with resizing and moving a picture. Not sure about following the target around in a video.
You need to also animate the blur along with the video. But for the new way to achieve this (you'd still need to animate the blur), where the blur stays with the video, check this out: ruclips.net/video/_uYI-7wl2Pc/видео.html

does camtasia have an auto blur background like zoom ? its annoying to have to go in and have to blur an entire video got a lot of work.
It has a remove background feature in the 2023 version. Works with people just like Zoom and then you can add a different background if you want
