While I'm confident that tapping along with this video can provide great benefits, I make no claims as to what, if any, benefits you will receive. While EFT has yielded impressive results in treating physical and psychological issues, not everyone will benefit in the same way. During tapping came an idea. I choose to shrink the memory power of negative experiences in my subonsciousness to 1/9 in order to create 9x space and power for positive experience memories .♦️😍. The other thought what came up today, is the reason of why I have less confidence. In my case It is because the wring balance between bravery and caution . I used to be much braver than others , that is why I had much more dissapointment feed back from my enviroment (parents teachers etc) and acting like a failure.. So tapping to find a balance between bravery and caution is my other task. Even these new thoughts can be concideres as miracles.🎉❤.
Hi Brad, i just want to say thank you for your work on you tube! My therapist Lisa N. told me about you ! I have PTSD from and trama 30 years ago . I wittnessed someone take their life! although i have done a lot of therapy on and off thruout those 30 years gone by and self work as well, i still get triggered when someone i love passes away ! My EMDR therapy with her and tapping along you and various visualizations styles and prayers has has been very helpful ! i can more easily reconize that i am triggered or disregulated in my emotions . That is what is happening and my inner self is in want of being heard.Those things are a game changer! Listening to my self needs and wants and voice is a good thing. I have hope that you will do tapping vids for the rest of your life! The world really does need and gain from your calming soothing very beneficial tapping and visualization vids. I practice tapping for a long time and have been following your videos for a while. Universe brought this one for me yesterday, since I wanted to start my 2021 renewed. I did this tapping yesterday and this morning, I was taking a drive in a raining day and I felt my whole being and my heart so light. If I felt this "light" before, it's been a long time ago. And I know this is the outcome of my tapping and my intention yesterday, because "HEALING HAPPENS"!

Again, LOVING the beard!! THIS! SO MUCH THIS!! THIS is FABULOUS!! THIS is AMAZING!!! I haven't been struggling with fear. However, because I'm going about my business with CAUTION, so many people accuse me of being fearful. CAUTION and FEAR are NOT the same thing!! I love this tapping so much because it covers ALL the bases. Thank you for including our healthcare workers in this tapping. Most of my adult life I've worked in hospitals, doctors offices, and for the State with doctors, nurses, psychologists, psychiatrists, PTs, etc. So, many of my friends (and relatives) are on the front lines, risking their lives everyday because the CARE. They need all the love, light, and healing we can send them. Thank you for letting us know that we CAN do something about this, for ourselves and others. Thank you for being such a positive, calming, loving, compassionate, healing force in all of this and for teaching us that WE can be the same. MIRACLES HAPPEN IN OUR LIVES EVERY DAY!!! Thank you.

I felt dark energy being watching 4 meter above my wand so I imagined a light switch on my wand and sent very bright light from the top ,It was not enough so I had to increase the light to 100 meter. These dark being has gone . They are afraid of the light of the pure heart. .
