    Please correct the property tax for owner occupiers in 2024 instead of 2025. Government had over collected in 2023 already. Why continue the mistake in 2024. Your CDC voucher was taken back via property tax. Private property owners retiree also face cost of living problem. Not only low income group. We get high property tax, not qualified for cash support, SA 4% interest gone. Please take care of this group of people.

      They will. The training fee is ridiculous with government subsidy.

    • @LonganLee
      @LonganLee 8 месяцев назад +1

      @@liweiquek7382 I experienced it first hand. Somehow, policies often become a way for businesses to take advantage and the intended benefit may not reach the trainees as much as it's intended to, on paper. The simplest eg is GST hike. Businesses all jack up. Consumers have no choice. Businesses jack up Much More than the 1%. Easily 10% to 50% and they cite GST hike. This is an undebunkable truth. So , it's no surprise training companies can do the same. I took a course $12k plus. This fee has been steady for over decade. Then came the subsidy of sorts of $3k or thereabouts. The course fee went up the same amount. On paper, the Sarkers did claim $3k but the fee went up $3k. The real winner is the business owners. The Sarkers actually paid $3k more and got back $3k rebate of sorts. So they never really benefited at all. But luckily, many peasants will never realise. And they feel happy and grateful for the subsidy

    • @LonganLee
      @LonganLee 8 месяцев назад

      @@liweiquek7382 i experienced it first hand about over 10 years ago . Attended a professional course costing abt $12.5k consistently for about 10 years. When there was some sort of g grants or funding learners can claim if pass the test, the fee went up by an amount similar to the grant amount. Learners are usually not aware the past pricing. They take the course thinking they are getting a good deal. Yes, they can get say $3k reimbursement or rebate but they don't know the training center jacked up by the same amount. The real Sarkers are the consumers.
      Hawker centers too. A stall used to sell at $3 for 3 dishes. Then $3 only 2 dishes during the inflation. With the paylah $3 Cashback, they jacked up to $3.50 citing GST hike of 1% . You can see they profiteered as the price is way over 1%. So, in the real world, g policies are being used by businesses all the time, possibly since the beginning of g policies. The Sarkers are always the lowest in the food chain. That's why 99% vs 1%. The Mob has No Power.
      I give you $100 . Guess where this $100 come from? It's you, the sarker
