- I have this problem which is a common problem I have seen and can easily be sorted out with a tool sold on ebay for £55.00
I have seen many people comment that it works,it is a simple issue
it could be a brake light,cranck sensor or clutch actuator which can be permanent fixed .
I will post another video after this issue fixed,car is up for sale as of today 17th January 2016,car is at vauxhall now undergoing a repair for Air Con.
It's the actuator that help select the gears it's gone if you can fix and reprogram it you should be fine
beware do not by OP-COM tools as this is not to fix the problem but to do a maintenance, seller on ebay are not honest they described it completely wrong description, it won't work , I had that experience and paid £54.00 at easytronics
Just update..NE gearbox Middlesbrough took £380 48 hours car started and change gears fine..exported abroad same time battery was disconnected now car will not go into 3rd gear even if going over 80mph and drink fuel like a hell..3rd gear will take ages to change
I have same problem how fix can send he address please
fixed easily but spent £380 as I had to pay someone to remove the device post and then fix again

I had this and it was the actuator so had it taken off and re furbished or yours could be the gear shift sensor
yes it was ,I sent it for a repair cost £400 then export the car to Africa the owner the day the took the car told me no longer drives past 1st gear and it died until today they have tried everything including all the sensor gearbox oil etc .option is to scrap or change it to manual

Mine done this today ,after a few mins it starts and drives but as soon as I slow down the F code comes back on ,any one know any solutions
I repaired mine paid £450 that was almost 7 years a go..the guy who remove the clutch took £200 and he sent for repair £250 then he installed it back..it worked for a day and after a month it died until today is not working so sell your car and get another not easy tronic
@@nuramoboy I had it put on a diagnostic and it was the actuator so had it refurbished and the car if fine now cost £350
Soo how i can fix in my car becaus i have the same problem ?
You need to buy service from ebay they fix for £250 clutch actuator is gone
