Although you don't seem to shoot much, just a tip if you are using the X button switch to right stick, the right stick is cheese in MyCareer I'd assume the same for MyTeam. It can take some getting used to if you have been using X for the past year
So far, I've really liked the collection rewards cards - Williams, Richarson, Horry, Sprewell. Last season, I got up to 900+ cards but then called it quits. My opinion, if you're going to "Budget Ball" your way thru MyTeam this season, it's best to keep your collection LEAN and MEAN.

I didn't really play myteam in 16, but I probably will this year. Anyway, this was very helpful. Do you think you can also do something about how to win in myteam though? I'm actually too nervous to play the online mode right now cause I'll probably get stomped and I don't have very good cards right now. Have only 1 gold. lol I'm just still new to the game, so I need to work on things like play calling and handling. If not, that's cool though. May not be your thing.

Have you tried out the bronze dynamic duo Gerald Green and Glen Robinson III. I keep them at the end of my bench. Sub them in at the end of a game for some lob city garbage time. Ha!
Lol ill def try it out, but currently, MyTeam online is a total 3point cheese fest, straight up cheese balls with added cheese. Mozzerella, blue cheese... u name it, its all found in MT Online, so the duo im currently using off my bench is Damian and CJ, when u have them together, dame is westbrook with a nice jumpshot animation (81 open 3 and 85 midrange) and gets a 85 dr dunk, and CJ gets a 90 open 3 and just has a tendency to get open on the perimiter every single fastbreak, plus CJ has one of the best stepbacks in the game and speed wit ball is mid 80s CHEESE
Smart. Pete did the same putting Orland/Grant Hill together early. I did the Warriors and Trailblazers. Nice cards. Saved a ton. But yeah, spending 15-30K trying to put the collections together not worth it. Last season, these would've been average gold cards. Plus I don't like how players are locked into the set. And the reward card is not auction-able. Got a friend that has that card, Deron Williams and says it's easily one of the best team reward cards out!!!
I know! Honestly, since "Early Tip-off Weekend" we've just been playing the game. Working the auction house. This past weekend, I was getting domination knocked out. Right now, two games away from picking up Steve Francis. Can't wait to add that card to the lineup!

A good budget lineup with out going crazy on the collections would be Steph, Klay, Robert Horry, Kevin willis (only going for 15k) and Thon maker! (Trust me... He is a rebound machine)

If you're just starting and don't have any MT then I recommend doing all the challenges first because you'll have a good amount of MT and a nice sapphire point guard

Definitely wanna finish domination and get Steve Francis. The card is amazing. Then get historic domination knocked out too. Get that free diamond to add to your lineup. As far as selling every player you get? Depends. All the cards you're getting from these packs count toward your collection rewards. A ton of GREAT collection reward cards available this season. Robert Horry, James Edwards, Rodman, Oakley, Walker, Richardson. So I'd hold off selling them at first. And then once you get to a collection level where you're like "I'm good," then sell everything off. LOVE the free packs from domination. So helpful getting started playing MyTeam.

Hey! I tried this method and I really wanna try it but when the time to refresh the auction came, I spammed the search and nothing seemed to reset? Cards were still saying ENDED At the 15 minute mark
late reply but use your contract cards for more expensive players, do manual subs so that way you can put bronze or silver players on the last 3 bench spots and they come with some contracts already, they wont play in the game with manual subs and you can rotate them out for other players in collection when they run out of contracts
By high demand cards, I'm assuming historic players and current players with high driving dunk or 3 PT stats. And cards you need for top collections like Magic. Am I correct?
Correct. Can't be everywhere at once when the auction updates. So we'll set up a snipe filter. Try to go after higher value cards. Once we know the auction has updated, we'll make our rounds looking at the players on our "list." We'll talk more about this list in future vids. It's helpful to have around. We'll look up players individually after every update. We showed that JR Smith. There are a ton of other player cards like this as well as gold shoes, jerseys, playbooks, etc that have demand/value.
That's excellent!!! Yeah, auction house is different. Can't filter player cards by ratings anymore. But if you know what you're looking for and know what's a good price, it's pretty easy to make MT so far.

Yeah, it was the first couple of weeks of the season. Gold WRs were getting thrown away for several thousand coins under what they were actually selling for in auction. I'd filter by gold, WR and then flip between chemistry - West Coast and Vertical. And filter by newest. It was too easy.

Yep. We've had good luck flipping gold playbooks (Spurs, Warriors, Clippers, Thunder, Bucks) and elite badges. (Relentless, Deep Range Deadeye, Limitless).
Patched sniping? No. Can still snipe. Made over 100K the other night - found a ruby Doug Collins for 30k, ruby George McGinnis for 40k and ruby Tim Hardaway for 16K. Flipping a ton of elite badges and shoes lately, too.
Depends. I have amethyst moments Harden and love the card. Diamond Harden - It'd be a great card to build a team around. However right now, the cards value is REALLY high. Could sell it and use the MT to get some REALLY nice players. Tough call.

If your having trouble try doing bronze 500 and spam the refresh. I did that and got from 1000 to 45000 in 6 hours

Depends. I have amethyst moments Harden and love the card. Diamond Harden - It'd be a great card to build a team around. However right now, the cards value is REALLY high. Could sell it and use the MT to get some REALLY nice players. Tough call.

Yeah, nice card! Pulled it on Blacktop. And if you can snipe a set and do it for a budget price they're worth it. Especially this early in the season.
