I have a problem in phigros cuz i want to unlock all the music in the. Single collection. But i cant it just says that insufficient balance and a i don't know what that means

You need data to unlock songs in single collection, which you get either by playing charts (There's a popup down which will say how much you gained), or by reading new collection entries (1.5Mo per new entry).
By the way, if you haven't already, I suggest unlocking new singles in priority, as they are discounted until new ones get added.
