Made this video as a result of an idea I had while streaming. I plan to stream more in 2021, so it would be much appreciated if you could drop me a follow on Twitch! www.twitch.tv/mahone_tv Happy new year everyone!
I will def follow you on twitch, didn't know you were on there! This video is really great man, I'm craving more like this :D How long time does it take on average to create a video like this?
@@emilf7150 For this video in particular, maybe about 15-20 hours spread over a few days from start to finish. For this one in particular, the idea came to me during my stream as I was watching A players on Mirage. I appreciate the follow!
@@mahone_tv Thanks for the reply! I will keep that in mind if I ever suggest a video, knowing the effort it takes. All your videos are so interesting, makes me see more layers in CS.
Yes!! So many useful tips! I also didnt know that the person standing in the smoke sees the other person first :O I'll definitely be taking all of these perspectives into my gameplay. Thank you again for your amazing content and another great video!
I really like this idea of a video. It takes the normal video you used to do (how to play a spot), but kind of catalyzes the part where people have trouble, which is theory crafting and thinking of scenarios and thinking what is the right play in response to that scenario. It's good, because often there isn't a "right play", but you can go into a round with a certain plan that maximizes your efficiency.
Mahone, This one hella work. Such a clean in depth work shown like how to counter how to use on your own etc etc. Always fan of your work man. gj NiP Mahone
Definitely a theme I'd like to continue in the future! Not necessarily only smokes but any sort of aspect where there are multiple ways of approaching it, that's the direction I'd like to go for my future videos!
Keep up with the amazing job, unique, powerful and such a in-depth content, thats the csgo content people should really watch and learn from. HARD WORK PAYS (eventually)
Hey mahone I just wanted to thank you for all the content you've provided us! I think you should put all your videos on 'setups' (Example: 7 A Train CT Setups, 6 Nuke Upper/A Setups, etc.), so people can find them easier. @
Thanks, I will do that if RUclips allows me to add more playlists on my page (think I exceeded the number that will fit the last time I tried something like this)
Hey mahone :) idk where to request a topic wish, probably ur busy making nip win :D. But could you do a video on rotations, like the decision taken and sometimes when the timing is or is not to rotate ? I think I’m missing that one :s
@@mahone_tv from what I've seen so far, they're awesome! They are different from the other csgo analysis youtubers like launders or hawky and yet really well made. There are nice details and I really like the big sample size, you show to us. Thanks!

I don't think I've ever seen you use so many different POVs in a single video, super in depth work great job!
A different approach this time, happy to hear you enjoyed it as a long time sub!

Thank you so much, I appreciate your comments and support as always!
thanks for still doing these after you got hired. big up!
I'll continue to do my best to make new videos whenever I have time, thanks so much!
Also, if you are playing behind triple, you can right click smoke left side of it and jump on the trash can, so it will give you a oneway towards ramp
This is a useful one as well!

This is exactly the direction I want to take for my future videos, happy to hear this from you. Thanks!
I caught a bit of this when you were watching RpK. Really helpful as I typically get left as a solo A player on Mirage, thanks for the in-depth video!
Thank you so much, happy to hear it was helpful! As well, thanks for stopping by on my stream as well!
thought you stopped uploading, glad to see you're back. love the vids
Pretty sure he joined NiP as their analyst or something like that :D
@@redzycs oh shit, congrats to him :D that's great
As mentioned by redzy, ever since working for NiP, I haven't had as much time to upload new content!
This is probably one of the best videos you've ever done. I'll definitely be taking some notes for next time I'm playing Mirage. Thanks again :)
Thanks so much, really appreciate this as a lot of effort was put into this video!
Great video! I love seeing the process you used on stream implemented in the video. Keep up the great work.

Thanks so much, great to hear you found it useful!
Very nice idea showing how and when to use smokes on a particular site. You could do more videos like this i.e. B on dust2, monster on overpass,...
