Great video again! I play short on mirage with the team of my friends. Also loved the part where you explained how Nexa rotates from Ladder room and peeks from different positions exposing himself as less as possible. This is a great detail. Helps newbs like me learn to position well. Thanks
thank you so much! yes I try to include these types of details as I feel that people often overlook them sometimes, so I'm glad it helped you! appreciate your support as always
amazing bro idk how you have the dedication to make these so detailed and informative and u have one for like every position in the game. really helpful and ive seen on some of your othervideos how you combine the povs together when showing executes, even on this like the Jackz flash to mid its so clean how u do it. i hope you get the recognition you deserve. 7k subs for these videos is a joke, every cs player can learn from how you explain these strategies and thinking of the players.
hey man I love the kind words, that means a ton to me! as you said, my goal is try to have one for every position in the game, it's gonna take a while but I'm slowly getting there. thanks so much, it's comments like this that make me want to keep going. I really appreciate it!!
@@mahone_tv you better be an analyst or a coach soon bro you got a good mind for the game. as for your audience you dont find that many people who put out high quality cs vids and fairly consistently aswell, dont give up it will grow soon. I can see you exploding when ppl see how easy your content is to understand you really break it up nicely.
Great video. For the underpass utility, I don't think 1:40 should be your rule of thumb, because if they're running underpass you can hear them the whole way so you'll know 1:40 is right. If they're walking, it'll be more like 1:37-1:35, which is what you'd have to guess if you don't hear anything.
Thank you! Yes you are correct, it isn't exactly a rule of thumb as they can walk and the timing would be slightly different. However, in the event that you might be playing closer to the site where you can't hear them run underpass, this is where the timing is useful to know. I didn't put this in the video, but there is a round where nexa is playing closer to the site, then immediately runs towards bricks to throw the utility at 1:40, then creeps back. As well, I personally believe knowing the timing is more reliable than sound cues in general, because if you ever play in a LAN environment where your surrounding environment is much louder and you can't really hear the game, you'll still be able to do most of the protocols just based on the timing. Much appreciated though, thanks!
Great video man. Can you do some more player POVs on overpass, preferably the rifler on A site? I always find myself struggling to find impact A site overpass
Great video mate! It gave me a lot of new ways to engage short. One thing you could improve on (in this video) is to show how nexa deals with agressing in mid (I don't know if G2 is agressing mid in their games so don't judge me if they don't do it ^^)
Thanks so much! Yeah, nexa doesn't really take too many aggressive peeks towards middle from catwalk. They will sometimes have an aggressive mid setup as a team, but not necessarily in the way you're thinking.
What does the cat player do when your awper says hes jumping to cat? Is this the time to try and take some deep aps ctrl? Or maybe just play like usual and help out between mid and B.
This is a great question. From what I know there isn't a typical protocol for this, but usually the cat player will still play their spot as usual for a couple reasons: - If the awper needs to escape after making the cat jump, the cat player can help support his escape - Even if the awper makes the cat jump, he isn't close enough to help defend a B rush to allow the cat player to play in another area of the map - The awper going for the cat pick is not too different than him going to connector for a pick, because ultimately he's still fighting mid, and mid is not a bombsite - Nowadays, people are using flashes to push off the awper who makes the cat jump, so typically the CT setup needs to be reset. Usually the awper will rotate back through market towards ticket booth/window, so it's most beneficial that there is equal presence at both sites (2 at A, 2 at B) while he rotates around to ensure that both sites are equally defended The suggestion you had for taking deep apps control, this is actually a possible reaction if your awper fails the jump and needs to go underpass because you can help pinch the upper B player together, and allow your awper to escape through that way. Otherwise I don't believe this is necessary to do so. Hope this helped!
Hi Mahone, Awesome video like everytime! I have a little question. On Inferno I'm the A long Player but in my opinion my playstyle is very static und i dont have as much different opportunities as i like to have so i would be very glad if you could make a Video how a proplayer or a team holding A long :) ps: Your videos are really helpfull! I just want so say thank you :)
thank you! when you say A long, that's the same as Arch right? correct me if I'm wrong.. but that's a great suggestion, I'll look into it! much appreciated once again
thank you! thanks for the suggestion as well, although if you're looking for an A awper on Overpass, I made one of device: ruclips.net/video/d0zKCmp2WSY/видео.html
Awesome video as always! Just one suggestion, show where the player spawns when that is relevant to a play he is making
thank you! this is a good point, I'll try doing this in the future!

thanks! yes realizing the shadow is a small detail but can be a huge deal in certain situations!
