Victor, i really appreciate that you share your knowledge with us amateur riders. Many pro riders dont even take with us normals. Keep your personality and your good work!
I got an old 10 speed cyclocross frame, one of those with canti's (that don't work..) perfect for indoor. made the stem a little shorter and higher because you don't have any aero advantage. (makes it easier to train longer in the drops position also)
Really enjoy your videos. I’m in Australia. We’re heading into warm/hot weather so more time outside. Looking forward to Tour Down Under in January. First UCI race of the year. Any chance you’ll be in Australia. All the best.
I did enjoy, hope to see some more content soon! You’re motivating me to get my Zwift setup ready for the winter… Ps. Your audio was desynced near the very end of the video
I had such mixed feelings about waxing the chain for indoor riding. I kept getting wax pieces on the floor, and then I'd step on them, then they'd end up mashed into my shoes and floor. It was everywhere, the trainer mat is dark, the wax is dark, you just don't see it. I went back to Rock 'N Roll Gold and just have to do it more frequently.
He is looking for the ultimate setup and wax is the best for not loosing watts. And by my experience chain doesn't need to be that waxed like when riding outdoors, wax holds well indoors (low moisture level?). I've had same chain for 20 hours of riding and it's still very good, outdoors even on good summer conditions no way.
Victor…..waxed chain for zwift is not the best solution….you will have a lot of dirtiness on you roller …….only for zwift I use Teflon oil on a very clean chain
Looks like putting your chain in the frituur...

If you wanted Zwift VC, you should come to me… also like the detail made when cleaning the chain 👍🏻👍🏻

riding bmc next year?!🤔🤔🤔😮
he rode for NTT/Qhubeka, it`s an old teambike i guess.
Rather come to Namibia. More fun than Zwift

Maybe some steel frame is more suitable for indoor training if you are just gonna use it specifically for zwift
