People are so mean. Boundaries for a reason. Appreciate the work you all do. The time it takes to gather footage, invest in interviews, equipment cost, membership cost to post, then.... the time to create videos. The management of a team... you all rock!
Awesome that you made note of this. I see some people typing some really mean things and without reason, not that there ever is reason to be angry. I can say I've had a few experiences brought on by my immense sense of openness where the second a sense of danger, built by our society, kicks in and the whole experience comes falling down. So I know for a fact that there is no room for negativity when dealing with things of this nature. Anger, fear, satire... all of these things have long since been outgrown by these other races we rarely have the honor of communicating with. I don't know you people but I treat you all as I would a family, after all we were all born on this world, so I will continue to explain where exactly in your videos I see something that can be altered to better effect at initiating contact. My favorite part of your videos are when witnesses explain their encounters.. there's no other time that I smile as much as when I imagine what these people got to experience. I believe one day you people will make eye to eye contact with these other people, I just hope it's done righteously, and with respect to us all.
I am in a group where anything like you mentioned and they throw you out. They have zero tolerance, so you are being very kind. I think this story is awesome!
I was born and raised in Boring, Oregon where the Bigfoot museum is. Honestly, as a kid, there was absolutely no doubt of Bigfoot's existence. In fact, if anyone doubted his existence, THEY are the ones that would be laughed out of town. I saw him once with my father when we were hiking in the Eagle Cap Wilderness Area, as he was drinking from Diamond Lake there in northeast Oregon. It is a life-changing experience. Thank God he created such a beautiful and mysterious creature.
Mr. Nelson of the Nuxalk Nation was a a wonderful interview subject, I really enjoyed his storytelling ability, very entertaining and educational. Thank you for the content you provide.
Mr. Petakov's Docs are far and above the best out there and the two primary reasons why are, Aleks let's the landscape speak. Slow panned vistas where you can hear the wind talk to the rivers and the animals have their say as well. Secondly, Aleks never makes any conclusions nor engages in questionable research practices. Instead, he gathers whatever there is to gather and lets the viewer decide. My fondest wish is that he never stops creating these masterpieces of art and story telling. Thank you, Aleks!
This one was especially stunning. The Valley itself is so majestic, and together with your cinematography and the particularly excellent sound design and music, I truly feel like I'm there. You really get the feeling for the spirit of a place in your films and that especially shows here. I agree that Bella Coola has a majesty and magic to it that is similar to coastal Alaska, which isn't that far away relatively speaking. I'm especially touched in watching this by the Nuxalk Nation and feel honored we get to meet some of the members of that community, hear their language, learn a little about their culture and marvel at their absolutely gorgeous ancestral lands here. I especially enjoyed the young guy you interviewed, who was knowledgeable, charming and personable. Despite everything they've been through in the past, the Nuxalkmc you met showed you great hospitality and I have so much respect for that. All the love! Keep on squatching on.
Love that young man, the culture is amazing and so rich with detailed descriptions and stories from today to their distance relationships with the ancestors. Most people don't know about their history, I'm grateful for programs like this so we can also share in the stories. Great interviews!
I’m from England and we have a very rich history but I do love hearing about other cultures history and beliefs. Very interesting and well made documentary. Merry crimbo peeps x
I have to add that the cinematography is just stunning. You are truly lucky to be able to experience nature in its most beautiful raw form. Thanks for all you bring us,and the interviews with the beautiful people who have been here much longer than we have. We must learn from them. Great job team!!
Another Aleksandar Petakov masterpiece, and just in time for Christmas. Merry Christmas to you, Aleksandar, the Small Town Monsters team, and everyone else out there!
I love this young man and the knowledge he has for his amazing culture! Kids today are so caught up with nosense that it’s so refreshing to see this! And his hair is BEAUTIFUL!
This was next level, really, and while my curiosity wishes I could hear more of those stories, you are doing the right thing by waiting for the people there to speak them, themselves.
Gerard (?) Sorry if that's incorrect...he was SO interesting to listen to. I could listen to a whole video of just him talking about his culture and stuff. Great interview! 👍
How absolutely beautiful Canada is! I would love to go there myself! We're fortunate that you guys do it for us! Hopefully one day you will get confirmation, so that the people can be protected, land and all!

Really enjoyed this video! Love the flute music! Having indigenous blood in me makes me love good flute music! Never saw a sasquatch but sure smelled one once when it crossed a trail I was on far enough ahead I never saw it. Definitely stunk bad! As you go further north the land gets wilder. And more Beautiful! From the northwestern states up thru Alaska is the most beautiful part of this continent in my opinion. Glad you got to see it's more remote side!
I know going in, there will be no actual bigfoot footage since it would be news before the video ever came out, but I can't get enough of the drone footage and stories in these episodes. Always get a chuckle when someone describes sasquatch or bigfoot as "half man, half animal". That's like saying a tiger is half feline, half animal. Humans, like tigers, are both animals.
One of the truly masterful aspects of these documentaries for me is the beauty of the filming, the sound, and how well chosen the music is. I never expected to learn so much about the United States and Canada from interest in Sasquatch. Amazing work! Please keep it up.
Another amazing documentary, Aleks! You're creating the best Bigfoot documentaries out there and it's greatly, appreciated. You and the STM crew should be commended for all of the hard work and dedication. Thank you so much for making these!
I love that area, Ketchikan, Klemtu, Bella Coola are all perfect spots. Hearing the first nations peoples tell their stories also, amazing. I live here along the N. Olympic Peninsula. I would love to arrange a camping trip next summer with interested people. Like a 3-5 day hike and camp along the ridges of the Olympics here (a ten-twelve mile stretch. ). B.Y.O. S. This summer I went kayaking up north of Bella Bella. I camped on Swindle Island, which is the island that Klemtu is on. At the time I didn't realize it has such a Sasquatch presence. I was on the south-western side of the island though, opposite from Klemtu, so no activity... just some big wolf prints in the sand. I want to get in some good hikes next year to check things out, the Olympics sound interesting, or there are some areas in BC I also want to investigate.
