These three cards are a few of the most gorgeous holiday cards on RUclips this year, including some of Kristina's cards from her Holiday Card Series. Beautiful techniques, Jennifer, I'm so glad that Kristina got you to fill in for her!
Great Job Jennifer. Love all three shaker cards and all the extra tips you gave us.. Kristina will be proud and happy with all your creations.. Love the friendship you two have.. Its nice to see these days..
The thing I like most about Jennifer McGuire is her positive and encouraging attitude. Thank you Jennifer. As someone who is relative new to the card craft, I love to see artists who encourage others. Thanks again.
2 of my favourite people, I adore both yours and Kristina's videos, they are always so clear and easy to understand. I absolutely LOVE LOVE the backgrounds you have made here and cannot wait to try it out! I love how you have backed the shakers .... wish I had seen this a long time ago, it never seems to work for me just with foam tape! Lesson learned! lol! TFS this awesome tutorial! Hugs to you both, Karen xxx
never thought to use the craft foam!! I've been looking everywhere for 3d foam tape, this is a life saver! Thank you Jennifer for showing us these beautiful cards :)
Yay for Jennifer! I've been wanting to try a shaker card and my first one didn't turn out that great. I am going to try the fun foam method shown here. Thanks for the inspiration Jennifer and Kristina, thanks for the awesome guest!! - PJ
It is different, but very interesting. I have a list of channels to go through, and Jennifer's is one of them. I don't know why, but before I subscribe, I like to watch all the videos that are public up to the newest. It is quite interesting to see how people's styles change. With crafting videos, it is interesting to watch how tools change over time. Thank you for mentioning why you make some of the changes. I'll admit that my first tape funner adhesive was the mega runner (my first crafting video subscription was SimonSaysStamps).
Jennifer, not one, not two, but three fantastic shaker cards! You are awesome! I love them all, but I think my favorite is the reindeer also. Thank you so much for sharing your creative ideas and all the great tips and tricks. Especially love the idea for using fun foam. I might try it behind some of my larger pieces instead of the dimensional foam tapes or squares. It would definitely prevent the 'saggage' that Julie Ebersole hates. LOL!
You always AMAZE me! Your talent and creativity are AWESOME! Thank you so much for making all of these videos, and showing us all of these new techniques! Truly inspiring in so many ways! I LOVE what you did with the distress inks. Those may be my next investment!
These are beautiful, I saw the ink and thought Kristina all the way, then I saw it was a shaker, but I was surprised Kristina was making more shaker cards, and then I heard your voice Jennifer and it all made more sense, lol!
Amazing video!!!! I so can't wait to try these.I love the idea you did for the middle b/c I see so many people use small foam dots and I always worry that people will see them on the side and I have been trying to figure out a way to do this so people do not see the side. thank you for a great way to do shaker cards.
Jennifer, not sure how I missed this video but my mind is blown from your foam technique!!! Running to the store now to buy more foam! So much cheaper than foam tape!!
This is GREAT! I am so happy you for this video. It is easy and better with the fun foam instead of the adhesive sticky tape to make it pop. Thank you !!!!
Loved this video, Jennifer. I really like the shaker cards and it's always fun to learn about new ways to make them. My favorite is the snowflake. How fun to guest on Kristina's channel. Love you both.
Just viewed your "Inked Inlay Tips (die cutting)" video and loved all the tips & ideas -- and now even more to see!! Love it all … thanks, Jen, for being a guest on Kristina's site.
These cards are soo yummy. The blending technique you show is so simple.I'd make these in bulk if i had half of the ink needed.(putting on my santa list) hehe.I love K designs as well.Outstanding talent like you Jenn. Thanks so much.I learned a great deal with this vid.BLESSINGS TO YOU BOTH. :-)
