I have followed your videos every now and then for a few years. I must say I appreciate them very much. Your look on prints, colours and the opportunities within those really resonates in my effort to find my own style and building a so-called capsule wardrobe. I guess I am 12 years younger than you are yet you inspire me so much more than many others on these channels. Thank you and keep going
Hi Maria. I’m glad your confidence has come back because your looking really great. You really suit the burgundy and dusky pink colours. The burgundy dress looks beautiful.
Hi Maria, Your wardrobe is very nice. You have some lovely pieces. I especially love the berry colors pants. They are so stylish on you. The white sandals are perfect for walking. Thanks for the video. Kindness, Teresa
Hey Maria, love how much colour you have used in your capsule wardrobe and pattern and style. Too many times we are ‘told’ stay neutral or only add pink and green for Spring and add burgundy, maroon and mustard yellow for autumn and then poor Winter has blue white maybe grey and black. Your wardrobes are so much better.❤
Your colour combinations are always inspirational. I also like wearing some dark colours in summer, especially dark green, according to me it looks good with everything, but that is just my opinion
Love the colors you are choosing to wear again 😊Gives me hope that can do my makeover slowly cause of meds I take, needing to go slower. You have inspired me to keep it up. Thank you for the information and your honesty of your life of what you can tell. Have a great summer and fall! Enjoy those new older clothes that's back.
Thank you! Keep going gradual change is less stressful and easier to keep to. Make sure you spoil yourself as you go even if it’s just a new lipstick that gives you a boost of confidence 😘
I am looking forward to watching that video because I have a few things navy and white and don’t know what to match them I love watching your videos thank you for sharing them
Thank you for another lovely video. If anyone is undecided about the blueprint course, I say, go for it! I'm on a tight budget, but it was clear to me that I needed to prioritise the course over buying new clothes: knowledge is power, right? I saved for it and I am so pleased I did, because it has helped me to feel a lot more confident and I can see how to use a lot of the items I already have.
You look stunning in the black dress. Adding to the belt tip, if I am trying a new trend or style I will buy from a charity shop before spending lots of money buying new
Hi Maria, your enthusiasm and delivery is infectious! Thank you for inspiring us! I’m another gal turning 60 in a few weeks trying to re vamp my style. I love the belt suggestion. It would really stretch me as I have shied away from them being 5’1’ with a rectangle shape and short waist, I am afraid it would cut me off! I felt challenged to think outside the box by you and loves the examples you have shown wearing belts! Kudos to you on your weight loss journey also!!
I really look forward to your Sunday videos. Thank you🥰 The blue dress and the jumpsuit really suit you. I've always felt I might be too old to get away with a jumpsuit but, having seen how you rock yours, I am reconsidering😍
I like prints too, they add detail and color to outfits. There seems to be a prejudice against them currently, but I think that’s finally breaking down. An all-solid-colors wardrobe doesn’t seem very interesting to me.
I used to live in dark colours as I lack confidence due to my apple shape. It's only quite recently that I've started to bring some colour back into my wardrobe. It's a relief to hear that you also went through a phase when confidence was an issue, but worked your way through it. The yellow patterned kaftan looks amazing with the white trousers. Unfortunately it's no longer available, but I'm sure I'll be able to find something similar. Lots of good ideas in your video and I'm looking forward to the next one.
❤ another great video Maria, I went shopping yesterday and took things into the changing room i wouldn't normally, to my surprise i purchased 2 outfits i thought would never suit me. Thank you for your advice it makes you think ❤
I enjoy seeing you talking about your current summer wardrobe: it's obvious you've regained your confidence and you've found joy in trying new combinations and styles. Every outfit you showed us was beautiful and you looked beautiful in them. It's really inspiring; I will try a few new combinations in my current summer wardrobe this week. Thanks for another great video!
Hi Maria - I’m really enjoying your new videos - I Am interested in any sign posting that helped you lose some weight - I’m in the midst of menopause and my tummy is a problem as is water retention - hope you will do a mini VT please 😊❤
This is another great video with lots of tips. You look fabulous in your new style and I agree with you about some darker colours in the summer. You did my colours a few years ago and although being cool and soft gave me some brighter colours (still lmuted a bit) but they give me a good basis to work from. Thanks again for another great video.
Great ideas - love the unexpected of the browns and other darks as well as the printed trousers. Could you do a video on transitioning your summer wardrobe into the autumn, particularly if it's still hot in early Sept. Thanks!
Thoroughly enjoyed this video - although I loved your clothing choice and I’m also a deep autumn so could wear all of is apart from maybe the pinks (coral) as it’s not a colour I like I can’t afford the pieces even though I love them ☹️
There’s nothing wrong with wearing black if it suits you. I stopped wearing a lot of black when I saw myself in photos wearing it, it really does make me look awful, as my Mom had always said (Moms are never wrong). I still find it a useful color for some items, but not so much for near my pasty, white face. I think black dresses can look chic year-round and I have several, but I soften them with a white blazer, collar, scarf, etc., and wear more makeup color. I only object to wearing black when it doesn’t look good on someone, but is worn anyway out of laziness. An all-black, or all-any-hue, wardrobe is always boring. There was one fashion YTer who wore only beige for a long time, so I stopped watching, but I wondered how long she would keep it up. She recently came back into my feed, I noticed she wasn’t wearing any beige anywhere.
May I ask where the top with the white background, burgundy and pinkish flowers and dark branches is from? I love that print, and white-background prints suit me well. Thanks, Maria❤
Now that I can see this top more fully, I think they’re actually leaves, not flowers, but you said it’s “old”, I missed out. Can you recommend good brands for printed silk items (that ship to the US)? Ninety-nine percent of the silk items offered here are black slip dresses, but I have one already (actually a tank-style, I need bra-friendly styles).
Could you pleare link the divine linen trousers that you found on an italian site// you seem very thrilled with them but I cant find the link to them on your listed items. Many thanks

The burgundy is a lovely color on you!
Thank you 😊

@@Mariafsadler I’m quite a shy person but I’m quite forthcoming about how brilliant the course is, and why 🙂
Great video, Maria. It's wonderful you've got your confidence back and it shows in your new wardrobe. You look fabulous in burgundy!
Thank you so much! 😘

Yes, I agree with both comments 🙂
That’s a really good idea too 👍

Happy birthday Laurie! 🎂🎉 try a belt and see how you feel. You might find a thin one is your best option.
Fabulous Maria, love everything you’ve shown here! ❤xxx
Thank you 😊

Give one a try - age is just a number 😘

I totally agree!
Great video it shows us that we all have confidence issues and how we deal with them thank you for bringing us ideas and inspiration
You are so welcome!
Great looks, Maria...I especially like the raspberry cropped trousers :)
Thanks so much! 😊

I’m sure you will there are lots of kaftans around. If you are in the UK try Monsoon and Mint Velvet 😊

It is old it’s from Masai who often do interesting prints. I know they stock some of their line in Nordstrom but they use viscose rather than silk 👍

Hi Vikki they are linked as white linen trousers near the top under white jeans and they still have a good selection of sizes 👍
