    Can you please explain how it is different from zonal centrifugation? because that technique has the exact same procedure

      Cesium chloride,I think..(CsCl)

      Sucrose solution is most used density gradient substance cus it's cheap but makes a decent gradient level. Caesium chloride or sulphate is common for isopycnic types of centrifugation
