    Work on your pronunciation, as a community it tend to be very important that you get this right if you want to be seen a respectable source of knowledge on the subject matter. Faerun is said ( FAY- RUNE). You did a better than average job on your Thay video.

      The video is great. Pronunciation matters, but plenty of lore youtubers have words they say differently. Ed Greenwood had fun purposely making things hard to say and unintuitive.

      ​​​@@sleighthandwith all due respect to the pronunciation gatekeeping, I think it not only doesn't matter but brings a degree of realism. People pronounce numerous words differently in every language. There are so many dialects in the real world that I can and do easily imagine some folk from Waterdeep saying "Fay-roon" and people from Aglarond saying "Fah-run" and any of a number of other pronunciations. I think you should continue to pronounce things in a way that feels natural to you. You'll be respected for your content regardless.
