Thank you for this instructional video! I noticed gunk building up on the wheels that ride along the track this morning and immediately looked for this info. Now, I have a question. As I was cleaning the track wheels, I noticed that they don’t all touch/roll on the track. Is this intentional on the part of the design of it all? Or is this something that I should have checked out? I have HQ Avanti on the Studio Frame, with Pro-Stitcher.

Check out this video, it is the whole setup but in there it will show you how to adjust these tracks. yes all the wheels should touch the track and if they are not you will want to see if you can adjust them. IF you have one wheel that occasionally just doesn't touch no matter what you do...it's ok. But you need as many touching and moving at all times as possible for best results. Which handheld vacuum are you using? Do you carry them in the shop?

We use a cordless vacuum we purchased at a big box store, we do not carry any kinds of vacuums here at the shop.
