- Me and a buddy hopped on a Metro North train from Fairfield CT to New York City to ride around. We ended up doing 25 miles down bradway, central park and the west side down to Battery Park. Come along for the ride.

The Grand Central Hudson News is very expensive. I will typically grab breakfast or train snacks at "TableTime". It is right down 42nd street next to the McDonalds.

And doesnt it have a 7ah battery? You wrote in the description a 10ah. Did you upgrade/change it?

It took me a couple of days to watch this. Seeing you ride the lite like you are is how I plan to ride it just putting around city. Trying to see your range…is this with dual batteries?? Or just the frame battery. Thanks again great ride too
I think i can get about 40 -45 miles on flat ground with this setup. I had like 40% left after riding 25 mi that day.
Hey Chris! You and your buddy were in MY hood Manhattan. I own a 3.0, put over 1,000 miles on it in 7 months. I too take the trains to get OUT of town and do trail and off roading up north. I'd love to come ride with you... (we need more women showing what we can do with this bike!) Lemme know...

How did you navigate the steps in and out of the train station?
All the "handicapped accessible" stations have ramps and/elevators. If you plan a NYC trip just make sure you plan to use a "handicapped accessible" station. At least for the NYC subway you can check their status online. Sometimes there may be an elevator out of order.
Whatever you do, stay off escalators. It seems like it would work with an ebike but it does not.

Looks like people are so distressful to bike Lanes walk right in front of them and not stop and they blame The bikes because they get hit by them . And yet they want to ban ebikes and bicycle 🚲🚲 sad to see this on bike 🚲🚲..

The xp lite doesn’t have enough battery life to ride in that area. I live in Manhattan when I go there on a bike I take my Lectric 3.0
And that’s why I added a second battery to boost range

Lectric's customer service is not good.
They wouldn’t be #1 if they had bad service, I’ve seen them in action personally and to me they are the best
Riding against traffic and close to hitting a pedestrian as soon as you get out of GC. Stay in CT dude.
