I am currently making the virus meets granny shawl following your videos. You explain things so well and thoroughly ! Have you ever done a Secret Paths shawl? I would love to see you make a video tutorial for it. Hope you would consider it. You have got to be one of the best teachers for crochet I've seen.

I just adore you. I have learned so much from you, especially confidence in myself that I CAN do it. Persevere, persevere, persevere. If it is important to us, we will never quit. I am loving this pattern. Yes, simplicity has its own elegance and this piece has that. You and the time it takes to make these tutorials is very much appreciated. 5 thumbs up... Hey, works for me .

I really like this pattern! Fiber Spider you are a great teacher and make the instructions very easy to follow.
I would like to use this for a baby blanket. Once I get the width needed, would it be possible to decrease each row back to a corner? TIA. 😊
I just saw a link to The Rover Stitch below. I'll check it out to see if that might work!! 😉

Love this. Definately going to try this. Your terms are different to ours in the UK. Please can you tell me if the principle is that you use thin, delecate yarn and a hook matching the weight... or do you use a larger hook. Many thanks. Clare

Yes. It's called the drunken granny stitch. It looks nice as a blanket. It also looks great as a border. Hope this helps.
