    Ok wait a minute! There is snow on the ground and you're in short sleeves? In the south, we call that CRAZY!!! LOL

    Having gable and soffit vent combo is very common in CA. Sometimes with roof vents as well.

      That's the best roof ventilation really. Soffit and ridge vents, 50% at the ridge and 50% at the eaves.

      In Savannah, I have full length Ridge vent, Soffit vents AND 2 Gable vents on a 1600 sqft home

    How should a new roof look from the inside attic.?

    • @internachi
      @internachi  3 года назад +2

      It should look free of defects at the covering fasteners, the roof deck and no water intrusion.

    It appears there is an exhaust pipe within 6ft of the air unit. I'd have to review but, wouldn't that be a safety hazard?

      Possibly. That's why using a mobile report software comes in handy to look up and reference code and standards and guidelines.
