Great analysis. I agree about the CEO.
I have a feeling he’s missed opportunities in the last decade.

For me, the google's biggest problem is its management, not the CEO, but rather the massive share dilution. It was pointed out by activist investor and they should deal with it. Google's employees should see their bonus downsized, but it's not really the case atm... The share buy back is slightly offset by the share dilution, if you look closely. So investors don't really profit of the share buy back full potential. Things change though slowly.

      That is also true

But the CEO isn't controlling the company its management style is way to loose, on AI publication, stock base compensation. He should find a way to make employee accountable by bonus or something else. Question is how to make the more demanded developper accountable.

Google needs to replace their CEO. The employees don’t seem to like him. He completely missed the opportunity with ChatGPT and they still haven’t caught up in the AI race. In fact, they seem to be getting further behind every quarter.
Google should be leading the AI race. No other company has the consumer data and cash combination that they have, including Microsoft. Google has the money to invest and data to blow everyone else away, but they aren’t doing it. Pichai needs to be held accountable.

I'm not a financial expert but doesn't 10-11% growth mean that the stock price would or should grow at the same pace? If that's the case an S&P500 ETF would make more sense right?

Yep I own Google. It’s been flying under the radar compared to some other meme stocks but it is rock solid stock.

@@CouchInvestor Sundar Pichai commented that people use google to research questions like "how many Tylenol is it safe to give my child?" Therefore, he doesn't want to just roll out AI products before they are ready to appease shareholders. Alphabet is a cash flow machine with a ton of data. They'll be just fine. I appreciate that for the most part they are trying to do things the right way.

I sold Google a while ago simply because of the CEO. No doubt he was a great engineer but the execution was average. Google is a great company and it isn't going anywhere.
