Rasa I listen to you often but lately during the meditation I experience the most vivid real frightening things with real people, some I know and some not. I’m thrashing and moving but when I open my eyes it’s quiet and calm and the activities cease. Do you know what this is. I want to meditate with you but now I’m scared. I tried to see if others experience this but can’t find anyone else it’s happened to me any idea of how to prevent it??
