I’ve done this for 10 years. It doesn’t work for everyone. I’ve lost maybe 40-60lbs but it always comes back. I see a dietitian and my do bloodwork every 3 months. It isn’t a simple fix.

Exactly what is happening here am that fat has no where alse to go but inward compressing internal organs and pushing them towards the diaphragm of the lungs making the breathing very uncomfortable. I wound not say this is a safe thing to wear on regular bases. Regular exercise and sucking you own stomach strengthening the abdominal muscles and learning correct posture to suck in and lift is important . Don’t jeopardize your health.

Девчонки мне за 50 и я не стройняшка,после операции по женски десять лет на гормонах.но всё равно работа физическая,огород,кардио гимнастика,различные упражнения для суставов,спины,на работу2 км на велосипеде,зимой пешком туда обратно,питание опять же не передать нежрать ,что попало.а тут смотришь такие молодые лишние можно спортом убрать метаболизм ещё хороший,а вы то в броню какую-то одевайтесь,так же ходить неудобно,то вы любите себя такими,ужас.движение и питание самое главное,всем здоровья!
