people might see we muslim as struggling, tired and hungry during Ramadhan but it is really not like that.. You would feel more blessed and you feel very happy.. For me it is hard to describe how we feel during this month.. it is a month like no others..
@Narciso de Almeida science is teaching us in recent years. Prophet Muhammad told us 1500 years ago. Also,our fasting is not for physical benefits,it's more spiritual. Physical benefits are bonus.

This is stupid, after a month of fasting I feel great, I’m as lean as I’ve ever been as healthy and happy as ever, even my eczema clears up.
You're obviously in denial because these are scientific facts. But I respect ur opinion. Fasting in long periods can lead to serious health issues as the body needs nutrients and health to stay healthy.

Fasting in Ramadan changes my eating habits for pretty much the rest of the year. Unless there are days I do rigorous physical activity I don’t eat 3 meals a day

Honestly that’s really how I look at it. Right now the fasting times are from 5:30 am - 6:50 pm so we really are just missing that afternoon meal.

free me i am talking about endocrinology and by the way autophagy has been proven to destroy cells in the body that are defective and cause health issues. FYI nobel prize was given to the man for autophagy. Fasting does help, I am not speaking a particular religious fast I am speaking on scientific modeling of fasting

No body knows. Our beloved prophet himself was a doctor. He knew everything and every researches that happened in those recent years were already knew by our prophet pbuh. But he didn't did it instead he let others to do it wholeheartedly. There was nothing which he couldn't do. 1400 years ago he flied to the heaven , could you imagine. There was no plane at that time. Fasting is the best way to loose our fat. My weight was around 85 kg when I was 16 years old but when I wholeheartedly did fasting by the grace of allah I able to loose all unnecessary fat. Today I turned 18 and my weight is 72 kg and having a good lean body.

We aren’t supposed to eat to excess at night really one meal in the evening is sufficient and then we wake up around 5 am and eat a breakfast.

If it was so unhealthy lots of you tubers wouldn’t be doing intermittent fasting. And the body goes through a detox not get more tired. Only tired if you eat the wrong foods for example fried/junk food and too much food to fill your stomach. Water,dates, porridge, peanut butter, lentils. The dietician has not fasted for a month so cannot speak for something she has no experience in no offence.

A hungry person will be much more grateful for food then someone who isn’t hungry. If you are fasting,when you eat you will be grateful. When we fast we become more aware of Allah,we also do more good deeds.
