They may not join in the prayer as it would be tantamount to praying to Jesus as a God but sit down in the pulpit quietly with the rest of the congregation and also joining in line to pay their last respects to the deceased lying in wake.

It's a similar story with me. In Ramadan, everyday during lunch time I would go to the library. I would help out in the library or just sit there. One day, the librarian and I were talking, and she told me she tried fasting. She also said it was really hard and that she doesn't know how us Muslims can do it. Well the answer is simple really. Allah helps us because we are fasting for him
