We purchased all of our properties under market value, so we can rent them under market value. We enjoy fixing them up, but this one needed no improvements or repairs! Sure, we were sent an opportunity and jumped on it, but we got lucky!

What do you mean by "old schooling" 2:03?? Did the seller want more money than what they originally agree to sell it for??

That's what we were afraid of. The seller wanted to wait until Monday to think about it. We thought the seller was trying to buy himself more time to wait to see if a higher offer came in. I think the seller was trying to say he wanted to meet in person the upcoming week. We were traveling to and from Miami though so we were afraid the sellers stalling would cause us to lose the deal.
