I just made that one up a while back and Baron liked it when I made it. He’d tell me if it was bad. Lol So here goes! I already know you’re gonna marinate the chicken with some good seasoning. After that, sear it lightly and set aside. In the same pot, saute your favorite aromatics along with lots of fresh basil and fresh cilantro. Throw in a liiiittle dark rum and/or white wine and let the alcohol burn off. Toss in coconut milk, let it simmer and season the mixture to your liking. Cook your chicken in there. Hope you three like it! 🙌🏾

I celebrated my 59th birthday on April 1st in Orlando Florida. we spent that Sunday at Cocoa Beach. that was really nice🎉 and what is weird is that I thought about you guys. I'd like to offer a chicken recipe. TANDOORI CHICKEN. You'll have to purchase Tandoori paste. You may have to order it if you can't find it in your local grocery store. You mix the Tandoori paste with a little mustard and honey and roast it in the over until it's a beautiful color. Tandoori also refers to the special dish that it's usually cooked in which is a Tandoori. If you don't choose to get the traditional dish you can still use a regular over pan to cook it.
