Like therr are many channels available who just focuses on that part whichis very common and available everywhere but your content is exceptional.. You made videos on that small or minute things which can trigger fresher recruiter's confidence.... You covered each possibility in your every videos... I request you to what I'm facing... Like as a fresher not able to getting that about which visa ask to candidate according to requirements visa its bit confusing.. And another is pls make a telephonic conversation from both the sides like we can listen to the candidate question or response as well.... And pls make a calling script for each scenario... Like what will be calling script in case of W2,GC, C2C, OPT so on.... N for remote, contract, full time full time all these, how to drop voice mail, call or telephone mechanism complications so that we can get a proper idea when and what to ask and expect.. And pls make a video in that in what case or visa time what documents should we ask to candidates.... Pls make video on this asap.. Thank you... Keep rocking.. God bless❤

Hi sir I have a question for you I am working as Senior Healthcare recruiter with Talent4health in Noida and we are working for only in travel assignment when I connect with candidate most of time all candidates told me initially not interested because they only want local positions and most candidate looking permanent so what can I do now because I call more than 80 calls every day but didn't have any submission in last more than 1 month due to this previously I worked with different company where I worked for only local positions and 1 or 2 candidate I submitted on a daily basis tell me what can I do now because I informed to my manager they are not ready to listen me

If the candidate is applied with other agencies as well, ask him to keep you posted and you should also follow-up as chances are high for him to back out if your client releases offer letter. In that case you can negotiate with him and inform your client on time before signing the offer letter. Problem arises when they sign the offer letter and go with other agencies or client. Who doesn't keep a back-up offer for double options. It's always important to follow up on time.

Use LinkedIn and use filters in job sites and change Boolean search string continuously
