Questions not addressed in this video:
1.) Do they charge extra for delivery? If so, is it per mile from the factory?
2.) Will you still need a site plan to be drawn up specific to the location that the unit will be installed? Is this included in the $50k? If so, LID requirements I assume will also be included(?)
3.) Foundation, demolition work etc will be an extra expense. Would'nt this unit still cost over 100K after factoring these things?

Thanks for reviewing pre made ADU it gives us something to think about. Question #1: Do you add a roof? also Q #2: California is requiring solar on all new builds would you add a roof type and then panels or would they add them as part of Tesla :)

They say at the end of the video that they haven't shipped any of these yet - "starting" next year, they hope. So it seems like the Elon Musk thing either contradicts Galiano, one of the founders according to the video, or is untrue.

It's an Accessory Dwelling Unit. In California you can receive a certificate of occupancy and the entire property goes up in Value. Also In CA we can convert the garage into a legal ADU accessory dwelling unit for a mother in law or extra income. CA has a big housing shortage and hopefully ADU can help solve the problem

Did you know the Richest man alive. Travels with no place to stay. He crashes out on peoples coaches. I kinda get that. As when I first started traveling I stayed at fancy hotels. Boring! I end up going and hanging out with the people in Hostels. They new all the cool places to go!
