1000% this!! I had covid in Jan, then had my appendix out, then moved out of state, and ended up having a (invisible) chronic illness flare up recently. (I'm only 26). It teaches you to both appreciate your health and feeling good when you do, and also to be more intuitive about listening to your body. Finding that balance is hard but necessary. Life ebbs and flows and sometimes we can enjoy being busy and other times we can enjoy being still. Thank you for putting this message out there🙏

I definitely cherish my health and am learning to be more intuitive about what my body is telling me. I'm so used to always being on go, that I sometimes avoid rest because I don't feel productive enough. But no more. Every rise and fall is part of a beautiful contrast. Thank you for stopping by!
