foxy would be more important because if Micheal never scared “bite victim” with it, he probably would have left him alone. BUUUUT who bit “victims” head? Fredbear did. This made William want to murder other children because his died. But it could also go back to micheal or even william because micheal put his brother into Fred’s mouth but William made Fredbear.

The character itself wasn't made in a hurry, the design was and that's why some parts of the design may look a little odd to some.

This opinion is nice because foxy is my favorite animatronic, BUT it really doesn't make that much sense because Michael wasn't the only one scaring the crying child into Fred Bear's mouth so technically all of the animatronics would be important.
But he made this trauma. He was scaring crying child with that mask all the time, and because of this he got trauma, started being scared of animatronics and then the ultimate joke came known today as The Bite of '83

There are three main characters, Michael, William, and Chris, William starts a few businesses and makes his rivals and then teams up with Henry, he gives the role model to Michael, Michael gets frustrated with this, and instead, bullied him, and he wanted to play w prank, so him and his friends pulled the prank, but it didn't go as planned, ending up in the death of his brother, this drove William into a state of guilt, and hatred, which led him to kill the children as make his own demise, and create a series of events that would bring everyone down in the way of it as we know it, FNaF
New lore drop: The Foxy Mask that Mike wore was haunted, and it made Mike evil towards his brother, which is why he regrets it immediately after the bite.
The sad part is that it doesn't sound too far from actual fnaf lore & theories.

@JogG4DX matpat said they predated fredbears Family Diner, which I believe they do too. Maybe they were part of an older restaurant chain from the late 60s to early 70s, and even if that's not true, they are still mysterious characters

This was one of the first events in the timeline that roughened up the relationship between afton, and Henry. (Who's daughter was killed later on in the timeline as revenge for the bite of 83)

The events of FNAF 2 actually happen AFTER the events of FNAF 1 and FNAF 4, making it impossible for Charlie to have been the first one to die and possess Puppet seeing as Puppet wasn’t even made yet. First child to ACTUALLY die was Evan Afton (youngest Afton child), his death starting this entire thing. Though another theory is Cassidy (the other child to possess Golden Freddy along with Evan) actually died before Evan and was the one who guided Evan as Psychic Friend Fredbear.

People really denying that the fnaf animatronics are furries...they are anthropomorphic as hell. Despite being robotic they still got animal features and have human characteristics, and in official art you can't deny they are 100 percent *furry* (people use the excuse that they are robotic to deny the fact they are anthro which is foolish, show them official art of them animatronics in their cartoony style and people go wild) . Foxy is one of the most important animatronics in the games the other ones are puppet because Charlie was the one to start Williams killing and later went on to possess the puppet. I think another one is sprig Bonnie but I don’t really need to explain that. All of the Funtime animatronics are important as well because they turn into ennerd at the end of sister location and fredbear who was the cause of the bite of 83 (also we got the iconic markiplier moment) btw foxy too because of what you said.

When I can have the stealthy 7-8 feet tall bear robot that has glow in the dark eyes, can play a tune before he kills you just to rub it in your face, 2 different jumpscares, and is described in the Silver Eyes that his walk animation is literally him pridefully marching around like he knows he owns the place. And has a "Final boss" mindset built into him, making it so in order for him to start moving, his minions have to get off the stage first before he finally can himself.

Keep in mind, FNaF 4's bite is *not* the beginning of all the events.
In that game, we already have heavy implications that some of the animatronics are posessed.
Chances are, multiple employees have already died. Charlie also has likely died.
Due to lack of appearance, it's possible Elizabeth has also already kicked the bucket some time before 4's Minigames.
Not to mention the very, very huge implication of Bite Victim having seen a murder take place at some point.
If Foxy did not exist, the timeline would remain the same. Michael would have just worn a different mask.

Honestly, there were a lot of important characters to the lore. For example, without the Puppet, the originals wouldn't have possesed their respective animatronics, and therefore wouldn't have occacioned William's death. So that freaky killer would have lived. Another even obvious example would be Fredbear. Not only the bite involves Foxy, but the main animatronic involved is, you probably guessed already, Fredbear.
