    Hey, great content. I also drive a 5 speed manual Corolla, 1.6 1zr fe. Toyota introduced the model in 2007 for Europe. Mine has an auto climate control which feels better to touch, it is strurdier and feels more premium. You could try a swap, just search for a corolla e150 climate control 😉
    Also could you make a pov driving, rpms in different gears, acceleration.
    Haven't noticed if yours has a cruise control but, if you don't have the switch is basically plug and play
    Regards

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад +1

      Thank you! And I have looked into wanting to swap out the climate control, but the wiring is completely different, maybe in the future, I might try it!
      And I have a POV video in my to do list, so that will be coming in the future as well.
      and as for the cruise control, I swapped out my base corolla steering wheel, with the S steering wheel, and that gave me steering wheel controls and cruise control!

    Ayye bro, you should install a remote start kit, I just got me a white 2012 Corolla too, and I just ordered it, they also have some a custom fit windshield shade for it if you want one

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  2 года назад

      I will take a look into that. The only problem with my car is it’s a manual. And the clutch needs to be pressed in order to start the car. But I know there are work arounds!

    • @steves7069
      @steves7069 Год назад +2

      @@BrandonStellmach hey man, I actually have a remote start on mine, and it's a 09' 5 speed manual! (the XRS, with the 2.4) ..I don't recall the model of the starter but it definitely works without pressing the clutch or being in the car. It's possible! 😎 The only thing is.. using it in the summer time, the rpms dip too low in idle (especially if the fan kicks on) and it eventually stalls.. apparently there's NO way to adjust the RPM idle speed in these cars. So, i can only reliably use the remote start in the winter, without stalling.. but when it's COLD is mostly when I want to use it anyway. I can try to check my starter model if you want. Thanks for the vid!

    • @BrandonStellmach
      @BrandonStellmach  Год назад +2
