I am using two years of $5 challenge money as my vacation spending money. Easiest way to save!

I know in the US it's different with paying off debt because it's affects your credit score. But I would pay of the 49549.06 at once if I'd save that much you have. Here in Germany my credit score is 98% (excellent ) because I don't have debt.

It's definitely a balancing act! I technically have the money to pay off all my debt, the issue is that the housing market is so outrageous right now I wouldn't be able to buy a home for years. Frustrating situation unfortunately. Thank you for watching ❤❤❤

Did I see that you are leaving the goal of actively buying a house behind? I’d love to hear your experience of looking for a house.
Hope the surgery went well and you start feeling better.

Definitely still actively looking for a house! Just not having any luck. That is hands down my number one goal and will be until it actually happens!!!
